A more complete (though unofficial) picture of the situation is here: http://www.eca-al.org The results are sent in and posted in real time. As the viting boxes are counted, sealed and reported to the KQZ, the results are sent in by people on the field. None of the parties has disputed these numbers, despite the fact that many of them cried wolf about this project before the elections.
